Carahome Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Carahome provides caravan and motorhome servicing, repairs, habitation checks, damp inspections, and related maintenance services as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. We kindly ask that all invoices are settled promptly to maintain future service availability.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Late cancellations may affect future booking availability.

4. Liability

Carahome is responsible only for the agreed services carried out during the appointment. We are not liable for pre-existing faults, undisclosed issues, or unrelated future failures.

5. Parts & Repairs

Any replacement parts supplied may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. Labour warranties apply only to agreed works completed by Carahome.

6. Media Consent

Carahome may take photos or videos of vehicles for service records, marketing, or social media purposes unless the customer specifically requests otherwise.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the vehicle and disclose any known faults or concerns before work begins.

8. Additional Findings

If additional faults or repairs are discovered during servicing, customers will be informed before further chargeable work is undertaken.

9. Weather & External Conditions

Mobile services may occasionally require rescheduling due to severe weather or unsafe working conditions.

10. Agreement

By booking or proceeding with Carahome services, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
